摘要
根据干旱地区的具体特点 ,建立了适宜于该地区的污水处理费用函数 ,结果表明干旱地区的污水处理费用要明显地高于其它地区。以新疆乌鲁木齐市水磨河流域的水污染控制系统为例 ,对干旱地区水污染控制系统规划进行了初步探索。依据水磨河流域的水文特性以及污染物类型 ,建立了该流域的水污染控制系统规划模型 ,利用遗传算法求解污水排放口的优化问题。计算表明遗传算法一般可以得到优化问题的全局最优解或准最优解 。
The special characteristics of arid areas were considered to develop a cost function for sewage treatment for arid regions. The result indicates that the sewage treatment cost in arid areas is obviously higher than in other areas. A model was then developed for the water pollution control system in the Shui mo River basin in Urumqi, Xinjiang. The genetic algorithm was used to optimize the sewage emission point. The optimized solution was obtained with the genetic algorithms, which is an excellent method for non linear optimization problems.
