摘要
异步电机直接磁场定向控制可以提高电机的动态响应速度,且其磁链观测环节位于反馈通道,所以具有比间接磁场定向更好的参数不敏感性。另外,传统的方法是利用光电编码器来获得磁链观测需要的速度信号,但在一些恶劣的工况下,安装光电编码器降低了电机的运行可靠性,且提高了电机的成本及体积。本文给出一种新的方法:利用模型参考自适应系统(MRAS)速度估算算法,通过电机终端的电压电流及估算的速度信号来观测磁链信号,从而达到直接磁场定向控制的目的。文章中给出了计算机仿真的结果来验证算法的可行性。
Field orientation control is a popular strategy for increasing the speed of dynamic response of control. Owing to the flux calculation locate in the feedback path, field orientation control has less parameter sensitivity. In flux observer,the information of speed is required. Delicate optical encoders are widely used in traditional means. However, this lows the system reliability, especially in hostile environment. Furthermore, the installation of encoder increases the cost and volume of machine. In this paper,a novel algorithm that MRAS (Model Reference Adaptive System) is used in speed estimation is presented and the result of it is used in flux observer is proposed. Some simulation results are also presented in this paper.
