摘要
根据气流干燥器的工作原理和组成结构把整个干燥系统分解成相互作用的三个子系统 ,并给出了各个子系统的物料衡算和热量衡算方程 .针对不稳定的工况 (即被加热物料的湿度和蒸汽的供给不恒定 ) ,对选定的既保证产品质量又使生产效率最高的目标函数 ,提出了对物料的进给量和蒸汽的进给量进行协调的递阶控制算法 ,并给出了具体的实现方法 .
In terms of stream dryer's working principles and organization structure, the whole drying system is divided into three sub-systems,material calculation equations and heat balance equations are presented in this paper. For the given goal function which not only guarantees the product quality but also maximizes the production efficiency, this paper provides a hierarchical control algorithm. The algorithm can coordinate the input values of material and stream flow to meet the unstable working states caused by the variable moisture of being dried starch and the heat supplying. The concrete implementation method of the algorithm is also presented in the paper. In addition, stimulation results prove the effectiveness of the algorithm.
