摘要
针对目前企业环境管理存在的问题 ,提出了PDCA循环的管理思路。PDCA循环的管理工作方法能使企业的环境管理工作有效地、系统地运行 ,使企业内部的环境管理得到不断的改进和完善并呈螺旋上升 。
In this paper puts forward the management concept of PDCA against the existing problems in the enterprise's environmental management.PDCA mades the environmental management effective and systematic so as to improve the environmental management.Therefore,the application of PDCA in the environmental management is practical and wokable.
