摘要
用 Monte Carlo方法研究了铁磁、反铁磁混合键下 Ising系统的相图和临界行为 .结果发现 ,该系统仅在极低反铁磁浓度下存在稳定的铁磁相 ,而且随着反铁磁键浓度的增加 ,其相界增厚 ;
The phase diagram and critical exponents of a square mixed bond Ising model are studied by MonteCarlo method. It shows that there exists ferromagnetic phase in lower antiferromagnetic concentration, and the phase boundary increases with increasing antiferromagnetic concentration. It also shows that the spin relation fluctuation depends on dynamic mechanism as well as on model of physics.
