摘要
目的 :观察 A型肉毒毒素治疗肌张力障碍疾病的临床疗效。方法 :对 6 8例偏侧面肌痉挛 (HFS) ,5 0例眼睑痉挛 (BS) ,17例 Meige综合征 ,3例痉挛性斜颈进行面颈部肌肉局部多点注射 A型肉毒毒素治疗 ,评价其治疗效果并观察其主要不良反应。 结果:6 8例 HFS完全缓解 2 3例 (34 %) ,明显缓解 41例 (6 0 %) ,部分缓解 4例(6 %) ,有效率达 10 0 %。 5 0例 BS完全缓解 2 2例 (4 4%) ,明显缓解 2 6例 (5 2 %) ,部分缓解 2例 (12 %) ,有效率达10 0 %。 17例 Meige综合征完全缓解 6例 (35 %) ,明显缓解 9例 (5 3%) ,部分缓解 2例 (12 %) ,有效率达 10 0 %。 3例痉挛性斜颈 ,2例部分性缓解 ,1例无效 ,起效时间平均 3d,缓解维持时间平均 9个月 ,局部副作用轻微、短暂且无明显全身反应及过敏反应。结论 :用 A型肉毒毒素治疗肌张力障碍局限性肌肉痉挛 ,是一种有效、副作用少、操作简便易行的治疗方法。
Objective: To study the efficacy of the injection of botulinum toxin type A made in China (CBTX-A) for the treatment of hemifacial spasm (HFS), blepharospasm (BS), Meige's sydorme and spasmodic torticollis (CD). Method: 68 cases with HFS, 50 cases with BS, 17 cases with Meige's syndrome and 3 cases with CD were evaluated on therapeutic efficancy of multifocal facial injection and the main side effects that caused by the method of therapy were observed. Results: Of the 68 cases with HFS, 23(34%) patients were completely relieved, 41(60%) cases remarkably relieved, 4(6%) cases partially relieved; all of the patients experienced relief from spasm. Of the 50 patients with BS, 22(44%) were completely relieved, 26(52%) cases remarkably relieved, 2(4%) partially relieved, the effective rate was 100%. Of the 17 cases with Meige's syndrome, 6(35%) were completely relieved, 9(53%) were remarkably relieved, 2(12%) partially relieved, the effective rate was also 100%. Of 3 cases with CD, 2 cases were partially relieved, one was in vain. Observation showed that the time for marked improvement in symptoms after injection was average 3 days and lasted 9 months. The local side effects were transient and mild, no systemic adverse and allergic reaction were noted. Conclusion: The injection of CBTX-A for treatment of dystonia is effective and simple, at the same time, the side effects are very low.
