摘要
制备了一系列不同厚度的摩擦材料 ,利用超声马达摩擦特性模拟试验装置 ,研究了摩擦材料厚度对超声马达空载转速和堵转力矩的影响 .基于一个简化的行波超声马达定子和转子接触模型 ,用有限元法计算了定子和转子接触变形随摩擦材料厚度的变化规律 ,提出了定子和转子具有合理接触变形的摩擦材料厚度范围 .根据试验和理论计算结果确定了摩擦材料最佳厚度 。
A series of friction materials with different thickness for traveling wave ultrasonic motor (TWUSM) were developed. The effects of the thickness of the friction material on the un-load speed and stalling torque of TWUSM were investigated with a simulated tester of TWUSM. A simple contact model with friction between the stator and the rotor of a TWUSM was established. The contact state between the stator and the rotor with the thickness of the friction material were simulated numerically using finite element method based on the contact model. The thickness range of the friction material with suitable contact deformation between the stator and the rotor was presented. It has been found that the optimum thickness of the friction material for TWUSM can be determined conveniently based on the method established, by taking into account the requirement for suitable contact deformation of the stator and rotor. Appropriate out-put performance of the ultrasonic motor is attainable with the friction materials of 0.3 mm thickness, while instability and processing difficulty are occurred when the thickness of the friction material is too small.
