摘要
分析了相同基体不同石墨形态的铸铁 ,在天然静海全浸条件下的腐蚀行为及其机理 ,静海中片状、球团状石墨的铸铁以较为均匀的全面腐蚀为主。球团状石墨铸铁的点蚀、坑蚀倾向大于片状石墨铸铁 。
The corrosion behaviers and mechanisms of the cast iron with different graphite morphology and same base under the condition of dipping it into the still sea were analyzed. It showed that cast iron with flaky and spherical graphite had more homogeneous comprehensive corrosion. The tendency of point corrosion and pit coorosion of the cast iron with spherical graphite was more serious the cast iron with flaky graphite. The cast iron with spherical graphite had the maximum corrosion depth.
