摘要
以洛阳市洛浦大桥钢管拱肋生产过程为例 ,主要论述了钢管拱肋加工的技术准备 ,提出了具体的工艺流程 ,并详细介绍了钢拱肋生产过程中的主要工序 (焊接质量的保证以及整体如何拼装才能保证精度 ) ,指出钢拱肋钢结构合理的加工工艺和配套的质量保证措施 ,是保证工程优质。
Taking the production process of steel tube arch ribs of Luopu bridge in Luoyang as example the paper mainly discussed the process flow of steel tube arch ribs production and introduced the main operations of arch ribs production (the assurance of weld quality and the installation to ensure the precision). Paper proposed that the reasonable process technology and relevant assurance measures for quality is key point to ensure the good quality project and fast completion.
