摘要
云南省与缅甸某特区间过境往来频繁,缅甸某特区首府80%以上人口为中国公民。1998～2001年6月对1 560名娱乐行业人员进行连续4年HIV抗体检测,共发现25例HIV感染者。感染者均来自无吸毒史的性乱人群。由于某特区与云南省接壤的特殊地理位置,经济快速发展,大量跨境流动人口,使地区跨境流动人口HIV严重流行的危险因素不断增加,加强有关国家和地区间对跨境流动人口HIV预防控制协调合作研究,探索相应跨境流动人口预防控制艾滋病的对策和措施十分必要。
Cross-border come-and-go between Yunnan Province and one State of Myanmar happensfrequently. Over 80% residents at the capital of the State come from China, the result of the State capitalentertainment staff HIV surveillance for past four years discovered 25 HIV+ cases. All cases infected bycasual sex contact without drug abuse history. Increasing risk factors enhance the possibilities of seriousHIV prevalence among cross-border mobile population due to the reasons, such as, special geographicallocation of the State with Yunnan Province and northern part of Thailand, the substantially economicgrowth and increasing cross-border mobile population. It is essential that related countries and regionsstrengthen the cooperation and research for HIV prevention and control among the cross-border mobilepopulation. Further more, the strategy and countermeasure approach is also very important.
