摘要 肺癌立体定向放射治疗在靶区定位精度上往往受呼吸、心脏搏动的影响 ,与颅内、头颈部立体定向放射治疗相比其靶区定位精度相对较低 ,从而影响了治疗效果。全文主要就近年来肺癌立体定向放射治疗中靶区定位的现状作一综述 。
