摘要
目的 探讨散发性缩阳症的临床治疗方法和效果。方法 回顾性分析 1990～ 1998年 8例散发性缩阳症的临床资料 ,采取心理治疗和必要时辅以阴茎海绵体内注射血管活性药物诱发勃起治疗。结果 4例心理治疗有效 ,4例心理治疗辅以阴茎海绵体内注射血管活性药物诱发勃起治疗有效。结论 心理治疗是散发性缩阳症的主要治疗方法 ,阴茎海绵体内注射血管活性药物诱发勃起治疗可以增强心理治疗的疗效。
Objective To evaluate and improve the treatment of sporadic Koro Syndrome(genital retraction).Methods From 1990 to 1998,8 cases of Koro Syndrome were diagnosed.Results 4 cases were treated by psychotherapy,4 cases were treated by psychotherapy and intracavernous injection(ICI) of vasoactive drugs(papaverine-phentolamine).All patients have been cured.Conclusions Psychotherapy is the main method,the ICI therapy may enhance the effect of psychotherapy.
