摘要
目的 :改善成都市中小学生生长发育和营养状况。方法 :针对学生营养监测中发现的问题 ,采用营养教育、食谱指导、营养餐试点和食物合理搭配等方法。结果 :全市中小学生营养不良率较干预前下降了 14.3个百分点 ,市属中学学生下降了 2 0 .4个百分点 ;全市学生贫血患病率下降了 2 2 .8%个百分点 ,学生肠道蛔虫感染率下降了 39.4个百分点 ;学生身高、体重均值得到改善 ,市属中学 17岁男生身高 12年来增加 2 .9cm,体重增加 4.9kg,女生身高增加 2 .1cm,体重增加2 .4kg;学生心脏病患病率下降 70 %。但学生肥胖患病率呈持续增长的趋势。结论 :学生营养干预工作效果显著。
Objective:To improve the growth and nutrition conditions of the secondary and primary school students from both the urban and rural areas of Chengdu.Methods:To strengthen guide on nutrition guiding cookbook and take nutritional diet,etc.Results:The malnutrion rate and the anemic rate of students have a decreasing tendency,but the corpulence rate has an upward tendency.The boys in the urban and rural areas have the higher growth average of height for twelve years (the average for 17-year-old boy is 2.9cm,17-year-old girl is 2.1cm etc).Conclusion:The work of investigation and intervention in the nutrition conditions of the students should be strengthened.The next key point of the intervention work in the nutrition conditions of students remains the education on nutrition,precautions against corpulence and deficient ingestion of calcium.
