摘要
目的 :研究低剂量辐射对荷瘤小鼠红细胞系统代谢的影响 ,探讨低剂量辐射在红细胞内是否存在兴奋效应。方法 :采用昆明种雄性小白鼠 10 0只 ,种植S180 肉瘤细胞制做荷瘤动物模型 ,随机分成 0、5 .0、7.5、10 .0cGy组 ,全身X线照射 ,每周 1次 ,共 4次。检测红细胞 2 ,3 DPG、ATP、SOD水平。结果 :与 0cGy组相比 ,5 .0、7.5、10 .0cGy各组红细胞 2 ,3 DPG、ATP、SOD水平均增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。低剂量照射各组间 ,7.5cGy组增高最为明显 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :低剂量辐射可提高荷瘤小鼠红细胞 2 ,3 DPG、ATP、SOD水平 ,在红细胞系统代谢中仍存在兴奋效应 。
Objective To study the effect of low dose radiation hormesis on the metablism of erythrocyte system in tumor bearing mice.Methods One hundred KunMing strain male mice were implanted the S 180 sarcoma cell as an experimental animal model.Eighty seven mice who grew tumor were divided into four experimental groups randomly with 0,5.0,7.5,10.0 cGy X ray whole body radiation weekly for 4 weeks respectively.The intracellular concentration of 2,3 DPG,ATP and SOD of erythrocyte were measured.Results The mice exposed to low radiation had higher intracellular concentration of 2,3 DPG,ATP and SOD than those without radiation( P <0.05);and the 7.5 cGy group was the best one ( P <0.05).Conclusion Low dose radiation could markedly increase agent′s metabolism in red cell;and this may be helpful in clinical application for cancer treatment.
