摘要
目的 : 根据皮肤光老化原理探讨绿茶面膜对光老化皮肤的作用 ,并为产品应用提供实验依据。方法 : 6 0只豚鼠随机分为 3组 :基质对照组、基质光老化组和绿茶面膜光老化组 (经皮 ) ,制备豚鼠皮肤光老化病理模型。 16周后应用氨基酸自动分析仪 ,测定豚鼠皮肤组织中羟脯氨酸等多种氨基酸的含量。结果 : 绿茶面膜能提高豚鼠皮肤中羟脯氨酸、缬氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸、甘氨酸、胱氨酸和精氨酸的含量(P均 <0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective: According to the pathogenesis of photo-aging skin, the effect of the tea polyphenols face film on photo aging skin was studied to provide the evidence for its use. Methods: The guinea pigs (n=60) were randomly divided into 3 groups: the control group, photo-aging group and tea polyphenols face film plus photo aging group. First, an animal model of photo aging skin was set up, and then, the amounts of hydroxproline and other amino acids in guinea pig's skin were determined by High Speed Amino Acid Analyzer (model 335-50) after 16 weeks.Results: The results showed that tea polyphenols face film could increase the amounts of hydroxyproline, valine, threonine, serine, glyeine, cystine and arginine. Conclusions : It was indicated that this face film could delay the skin aging caused by ultraviolet radiation.
