聚碳酸酯连续界面缩聚反应物配比的控制与串联反应釜特性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 聚碳酸酯界面缩聚反应中,光气与双酚A的摩尔比在1.10~1.12的范围内,体系的pH呈现一个突降区域,在此区域内,缩聚反应和缩聚产物呈最佳状态;连续法界面缩聚反应也有相似的规律性。串联反应釜系统具有良好的特性,可以满意地实现工业规模连续界面缩聚反应。体系的pH与粘度值可作为工业生产过程自动控制系统的控制参数。 When the mol ratio of bisphenoi A and phosgene was within 1.10~1.12 in PC interracial polycondensation, the PH of the system was an incidentally receding zone, where the interfacial polycondensation reaction and product of PC was of best state and so was the continuous interfacial polycondensation of PC. Cascade reactor system possesses good property, it enables commercial continuous interracial polycondensation to be realized with satisfaction. The PH and viscosity of the system could be used as control parameters for the control system of the industrial automatic process.
