摘要
本文报导了以三(β—氯乙基)磷酸酯(TCEP)为原料,在碱性催化剂作用下缩聚制得含氯磷酸酯聚合体,讨论了反应条件如催化剂品种及用量、温度、缩聚体的后处理等对反应及产品性能的影响,并用化学方法和红外光谱等研究了反应机理和产品结构。结果表明,TCEP必须在碱性催化剂存在下才能进行缩聚,催化剂用量的增加能明显加速反应,但用量增加到一定量后反应速度趋于恒值;温度越高,反应越快,缩聚体分子量也随之增大,但到160℃以后,反使分子量下降;用环氧丙烷与缩聚体反应来中和体系的酸性,效果良好。用本文条件所制产品的透明性好、色泽浅、酸值低、阻燃耐久性好、是聚氨酯等高分子材料的耐久性阻燃剂。
The oligmeric chlorinated phosphates was prepared from TCEP in the presence of basic catalysts. The effect of reaction conditions, such as the type and adding amount of catalysts, temperature, the after—treatment of the polycondensate, on the reaction and product's properties was studied, and the reaction mechanism and the composition of the product were studied by chemical method and infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that TCEP could only condensate in the presence of basic catalysts, and the reaction was speeded up with the increase of the catalysts and tended to a constant when the addition increased to a certain level, the higher the temperature, the quicker the reaction, and the MW of the polycondensate was also increased, the MW decreased when the tempersture was higher than 160℃. The system was neutralized by the reaction of propane oxide with polycondensate, and good result was obtained. The product prepared by this method has good transparency, light colour. low acid value and good durability of flame resistance, and is a good flame retardant for polyurethane and other polymers.
