摘要
铸造中如果采用成本低、加工周期短、抗磨、维修方便的复合材料模具及强化模具的表面技术,可极大地提高经济效益。本文通过对铸造模具表面强化原理的分析,着重于对高耐磨复合材料的研究。介绍了耐磨材料的组成、结构,并以生产中的应用实例介绍了耐磨材料在实际模具铸造中的应用。
It has the tremendous economic benefits to apply the composite material die and surface strengthening technology in casting, which are low cost, short processing cycle, wear resistant and convenient for maintenance. In this paper, by analysis of casting die surface strengthening principle, with study on high wear resistant composite material as the emphasis, composition and structure of wear resistant material are introduced. Application of wear resistant material in casting die is introduced with a production application example.
