摘要
用wistar大鼠158只分为6组进行诱癌实验。结果:饮水中硝酸盐氮含量、亚硝酸盐氮含含量均低于卫生标准上限量的情况下,加入二级胺仍有致瘤作用。营养低下可促进癌前病变的发生。
In this experment, 158 male and female wistar rats were divided into 6
groups.In group 1, 2, and 3, the animals were given the same drinking water
containing 0.5 mg% sodium nitrite,270 mg% sodium nitrate and 20mg% sarcosine
ethylester hydrochloride. In group 1, the animals were fed with common feed,
in group 2,corn-flour, and in group 3, corn-flour for the first two months.

containing 0.1mg% sodium nitrite, 54 mg% sodium nitrate and 20 mg% sarcos
ine-ethyester hydrochloride with corn-flour as feed. In group 5, the
animals were given distilled water with corn-flour as feed. In group 6,
the animals were given distilled water and common feed. The hyperplastic
and precancerous lesions of varying degrees were found in the epithelium
of the forestomach of the rats in all the groups except group 5 and
6. The expermental results indicate that drinking water containing
lower amount of nitrogen of nitrite and nitrate than that of health
standard critical value still possesses tomorigenicity, if second amines
were added to it, and that undernutrition may promote the generation
of the precancerous lesions.
