摘要
通过对我国国有企业改革历程的回顾 ,论述了国企改革的必然性 ,并从国有企业改革主体的培育、国有企业债务重组。
Through reviewing the experiences of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China, this paper discusses on the necessity of the reform of state-owned enterprises, and puts forward the idea of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises from aspects of training the main body of the reform of state-owned enterprises, debt reconstruction of state-owned enterprises, assets management of state-owned enterprises, and upportig meaures of the reform of state-owned enterprises, etc.
