摘要
中国加入 WTO,意味着中国金融业的进一步对外开放。面对外国银行业的冲击与挑战 ,提出了中国银行业的应对策略 :建立健全现代商业银行制度 。
WTO entry of China means the further opening of Chinese financial trade to the outside world. Facing the impact and challenge of foreign banking business, this paper puts forward the corresponding tactics, that is to establish and perfect the modern commercial bank system and to strengthen the effective supervision and management of the banks with foreign capital.
