摘要
采用正交试验方法研究了金属石墨缠绕垫片结构和工艺参数对垫片力学及密封性能的影响。石墨缠绕垫片的缠绕顶紧力和石墨带厚度是影响垫片力学性能的主要参数 ,可采用这两个参数作为研究缠绕垫片分级制造技术的主要参数。
The effect of structure and technology param eters of metal graphite spiral wound gaskets on the mechanical perform ance and sealing perform ance is studied by adopting orthogonal experimental design method. The investigation shows that the spiral- impacted force and the thickness of graphite beltare the notable param eters which affect the m echanical perform ance.In order to study the graded m anufacturing technique of spiral- wound gaskets,these two parameters could be adopted as the m ain parameters.
