摘要
生态环境是实现可持续发展的首要前提 ,可持续发展必须建立在生态环境平衡的基础上向前发展。传统的经济发展打乱并严重破坏了这种平衡 ,非持续性正在演变为事实。必须通过经济的发展 ,完成对生态环境的修复 ,为可持续发展提供有力的支撑。
Ecological environment is the essential supposition of realizing the sustainable development,which must be built up the ecological balance,and the traditional economic development has upset and destroyed such a balance while the non_sustainable development has developed into facts.We should give a forceful support on the sustainable development by completing the ecological environmental restore through the economic development.
