摘要
采用手术切断圆韧带和支持带的新术式以中断血供法制作兔 Perthes病模型 ,并对其作 X线、MRI和病理学研究。X线、MRI和病理学研究结果均表现出与 Perthes病相似的特点。表明该方法所制模型成功重复了 Perthes病的基本特征。
To establioh rabbit model of Perthes disease and study its radiological appearance. A rabbit model was developed by new type of operative methods after the ligmentum teres was divided and retinacular blood suplies of femoral head were resected. The model was evaluated by X-ray, MRI and pathological examination. The results showed that the model has some characteristics similar to human Perthes discase. Therefor, the rabbit model of Perthes disease made by this operative method could successfully replicate the basic appearance of Perthes disease.
