摘要
能否抓住并迎接现代科学技术,特别是以网络技术为主导的信息化社会和知识经济时代发展对人才培养的要求,是我国高校教育改革和发展所面临的核心问题。综观发达国家高校教育改革的的发展动态,尤其是我国市场经济的建立与完善,如何与此发展相适应并在科教兴国战略中如发挥高校人才培养的重要作用,进行与现代科学技术和社会经济发展要求相适应的以素质教育为核心的我国高校教育改革已势在必行。
The core problems faced with the educational reform and development of universities in our country are whether we can grasp and meet the trend of the modern science and technology, especially whether we can adapt the request of the brain trained in the informational society and the knowledge economic age, in which the network technology is playing a key part. Far and wide survey shows the trend of the higher educational reformation and development in the developed countries, especially the setup and improvement of the market economic system in our country.
How to adapt it and bring the important effect of the brain trained of the higher education into full play in the realizing the strategy of our country vitalized by the science and technology is inexorable to make the quality education as the heart in the universities educational reformation, so to adapt the trend of the development of the modern science and technology and the social economy.
