摘要
针对高等院校一些拥有知识产权自主权的教师受某种私利驱动擅自将知识产权转让等现象，简述了知识产权的内涵及知识产权保护与科技创新的关系，分析了知识产权流失的主要原因，提出了促进科技创新应强化知识产权保护的若干对策。
Some teachers in higher learning institutions,driven by personal interests,transfer their intelligence property without authorizations.In accordance with this phenomenon,the paper explains the connotation of the property right of knowledge and the relationship between protection of the right and scientfific imovation.It also analyses the reason for the loss of the property and gives some measures to promote scientific innovation and enforce the protection of the property.
