摘要
所用三维非均质物理模型高 10 0mm ,平面边长 5 0 0mm ,平面上一条对角线两端设注入井和产出井 ,沿对角线有渗透率约 3.0 μm2 的高渗条带 ,两侧为 0 .5 μm2 的低渗区。在平面内均匀布置 7排 7列共 49个测压点。驱替液有地层水 ;15 0 0mg/L聚合物溶液 (0 .3PV) ;15 0 0mg/L聚合物 +12 0 0mg/L酚醛树脂交联凝胶 (0 .2PV)。驱替温度 70℃。水驱、聚合物驱、交联聚合物驱的采出程度依次增大 ;聚合物驱、交联聚合物驱含水曲线上出现两个低谷区 ,曲线振荡明显 ,交联聚合物驱含水曲线振荡尤其剧烈。通过紧靠注入和产出井的 1点和 49点 ,主流线中间点 2 5点和非主流线上 38点 ,水驱死油区内 36点和 45点处压力变化曲线的对比 ,及聚合物和交联聚合物驱替液G′和G″曲线的对比 ,认为交联聚合物驱采收率高于聚合物驱采收率的原因 ,是具有更高弹性的交联聚合物驱替液改善油藏非均质性、扩大波及体积、提高后续注水冲刷效能、改善驱替效果的能力均更强。
The hetergeneous sand packs used in the oil displacement experiments are of 50×50×10 cm 3 in volume and constructed with an injection and a production wells at the corners connecting a diagonal, along which a high permeable zone of ca 3.0 μm 2 lies and other areas are low permeable (ca 0.5 μm 2). In the quadratic plane 49 pressure measuring points are arranged in 7×7 arrays. The flooding fluids used are: formation water; 1 500 mg/L polymer solution (0.3 PV); 1 500 mg/L polymer+1 200 mg/L phenolic resin crosslinked gelled solution (0.2 PV). Flooding temperature 70℃. The oil recovery by water flood (WF), polymer flood (PF) and crosslinked gelled solution flood (CPF) increases in order WF<PF<CPF. Two minima are observed on water cut-volume injected or -time curves for PF and CPF and the curves oscilate dramatically and particuarly for CPF. The comparison of pressure curves at points 1 and 49 (near the injection and production wells), 25 ( in the medium of main stream) and 38 (outside the main stream), and 36 and 45 (in the blind zones for WF) and of G′ and G″ curves for polymer and crosslinked polymer flooding solutions shows that higher enbancement in oil recovery by CPF than that by PF can be explained by higher ability of crosslinked gelled polymer solution with higher elasticity to improve reservoir heterogeneity, to enlarge sweeping volume, to intensify the flush efficiency of successive injection water and to increase oil displacing efficiency.
