摘要
为了改善制备聚合物冻胶堵水调剖剂用的延缓作用有机铬交联剂的性能 ,合成了多种有机铬和有机铬铝交联剂 ,讨论了配方因素和操作条件的影响 ,考察了这些交联剂与HPAM (日本三菱公司的MO40 0 0 )形成冻胶的过程和冻胶强度 (粘度 )。成胶溶液中HPAM浓度 40 0 0mg/L ,Cr3 + 或Cr3 + +Al3 + 浓度 1.5mmol/L ,NaCl浓度 80 0 0mg/L ,pH≈ 6 ,室温成胶。实验研究结果如下 :①在单配体体系中 ,乳酸铬的延缓交联效果优于丙酸铬 ;②在双配体体系中 ,乳酸 /丙二酸铬的延缓交联作用优于乳酸 /丙酸铬 ;③加入乙二醇的三配体体系乳酸 /丙酸 /乙酸铬可使交联时间延迟 48小时以上 ;④Cr3 + 、Al3 + 摩尔比范围适当的乳酸 /丙二酸 /乙酸铬铝具有良好的延迟交联作用 ,可在很宽的 pH范围使用 ;⑤亚硝酸钠作为重铬酸钾还原剂的使用效果优于硫脲和亚硫酸钠 ,使用应过量 ;⑥有机酸、Cr理论摩尔比为 3∶1,实际摩尔比至少为 4∶1,计入调节 pH的廉价酸如乙酸时至少为 11∶1;⑦加入草酸盐离子可防止生成的HPAM /Cr3 + 冻胶发生失水收缩。
To improve the performance of the delayed-action chrominum-organic crosslinkers for polymer gelling fluids as water-plugging/profile modifying agents, a lot of chrominum- and chrominum/aluminum-organic substances are synthesized, the effects of some compositional and operational variables of synthesis are discussed and the gelation and gel strength (viscosity) are investigated for gelling fluids comprising HPAM( Mitsubishis MO4000) and the crosslinkers prepared. The experimental gelling fluids contain HPAM of 4 000 mg/L, Cr 3+ or Cr 3++Al 3+ of 1.5 mmol/L, and NaCl 8 000 mg/L and have pH≈6; the gelation proceeds at room temperature. Following experimental results are obtained: ① of monoligand systems the delay action of Cr lactate is better than that of Cr propionate; ② of biligand systems Cr lactate/malonate is better in delay action than Cr lactate/propionate; ③ with triligand system Cr lactate/propionate/acetate with ethyleneglycol added the gelation can be delayed after more than 48 hrs; ④ Cr/Al mixed salts of lactic, malonic and acetic acids of proper Cr 3+/Al 3+ rations have good delay action and can be used in much wider range of pH value; ⑤ as reducer for K 2Cr 2O 7 NaNO 2 is better than thiourea and Na 2SO 3 and excess amount of NaNO 3 is needed; ⑥ the theoretical acid-to-Cr molar ratio is 3∶1 and the practical ratio is no less than 4∶1 and the minimal ratio reaches to 11∶1 when a cheep acid such as acetic added for pH adjustment is taken into acount; ⑦ oxalate ion is added to prevent from syneresis of gel formed.
