摘要
在堵水调剖中使用双液法工艺施工时 ,两种工作液不能全部接触而造成相当多量药剂浪费 ,使用单液法工艺施工时进入地层的堵剂易被地下液体所稀释。提出了一种结合单液法、双液法的堵水调剖新工艺 ,仍使用两种工作液 ,按双液法工艺施工 ,但每一种工作液本身都具有封堵能力 ,两种工作液接触后相互反应可形成新的封堵物。研制了供这种新双液法工艺使用的两种SAD堵剂。SAD 1的A工作液为可凝胶化的水玻璃体系 ,成胶时间在 5~2 0h之间可控 ,B工作液为可凝胶化的改性聚醚体系 ,成胶时间在 5~ 40h之间可控 ,二者接触时发生反应 ,可形成强封堵物 ;在岩心实验中SAD 1的封堵率 (>98%)和突破压力 (>10MPa/m)均高于水玻璃 /氯化钙堵剂 ;用于含水 95 %的S1 35 0 45井堵水 ,使日产油量大幅度上升 ,含水率急剧下降 ,有效期 5个月。SAD 2的A工作液为可凝胶化的无机体系 ,B工作液为可凝胶化的木质素树脂体系 ,在地层温度下成胶时间在 5~ 2 0h可控 ,耐温达 30 0℃ ,岩心堵水率为 98%,突破压力为 10MPa/m ,用于蒸汽吞吐井W 5 9注蒸汽前的调剖 ,消除了汽窜 ,注汽压力提高 2MPa。
To overcome the shortcomings in water control treatments by double-fluid process (insufficient contact of the two working fluids in reservoir formations and waste of some chemicals) and by singel-fluid process (possible thinning of the fluid by formation liquids), a new method combining the two processes for performing water controlling operations is developed. The new method is essentially a double-fluid method with distinct feature in that every fluid by itself is a water plugging agent and the two fluids react in contact and form new sealing and blockaging substances. Two water plugging agents of SAD series are developed for this new process: SAD-1 and SAD-2. For SAD-1, working fluid A is a gellable water glass solution with gelation time controllable in range 5-20 hrs and B-a gelling modified polyether solution with gelation time controllable in range 5-40 hrs and the fluids A and B in contact react and create stronger blockages; higher plugging rate of >98% and breakthrough pressure of >10 MPa/m than that for water glass/CaCl 2 composition are observed in core experiments; treating a high water cut (95%) production well with SAD-1 results in significant increase of oil productivity and dramatically lowering water cut with effectively functioning time 5 months. For SAD-2, working fluid A is an inorganic gelling solution and B-a lignin resin gelling solution with gelation time at reservoir temperatures 5-20 hrs adjustibly, thermal resistance up to 300℃, plugging rate in cores 98% and core breakthrough pressure 10 MPa/m; treating steam huff-puff well W59 before a new cycle of steam injection for injectivity profile modification eliminates the steam channellings and gives rise of steam injection pressure by 2 MPa.
