摘要
文中研究了一种以自敏化改性膨化硝酸铵为氧化剂的低爆速膨化硝铵炸药 ,这种炸药由爆炸组分和稀释剂组成。爆炸组分由 89.0 %～ 91.0 %膨化硝酸铵、4 .0 %～ 5 .0 %木粉、2 .0 %～3.0 %复合油相和 3.0 %～ 4 .0 %高能添加剂组成。研究表明 ,随着爆炸组分与稀释剂的质量比例的不同 ,可以得到低爆速膨化硝铵炸药系列产品。当爆炸组分与稀释剂的质量比例由 2 0∶ 1变为 8∶1,低爆速膨化硝铵炸药的爆速由 2 80 0 m· s-1降至 2 10 0 m· s-1,猛度由 13.4 mm降至 9.1mm,殉爆距离由 8cm降至 4 cm,装药密度由 0 .75 g· cm-3 降至 0 .5 5 g· cm-3 ,由于添加高能添加剂 ,该炸药的临界直径变小。此外 ,该炸药具有优良的安全性能。
A kind of low detonation velocity expanded ammonium nitrate explosive in which self sensitized and improved expanded ammonium nitrate is oxidizer was studied in this paper.This kind of low detonation velocity explosive is made up of explosion component and dilution agent.Explosion component consists of 89.0%～91.0% expanded ammonium nitrate,4.0%～5.0% wood powder,2.0%～3.0% composite fuel oil and 3.0%～4.0% high energetic additives.Results are shown that,A series of formulation of low detonation velocity expanded ammonium dilution agent is dropped from 20∶1 to 8∶1,the detonation velocity of this kind of low detonation velocity explosive is reduced from 2800m·s -1 to 2100m·s -1 ,the transmission distance is lowered from 8cm to 4cm,the brisance from 13.4mm to 9.1mm,and the charge density is cut down from 0.75g·cm -3 to 0.55g·cm -3 ,but the critical diameter of this explosive become small due to add high energetic additives.This explosive possesses a good safety.
