MRSA的耐药性及其治疗药物 被引量:1

摘要 耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin-resistantStaphylococcusaureus,MRSA)是院内感染最常见致病菌,占所有金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)感染的60%~80%〖1〗.MRSA几乎对所有正在使用的β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药,并通过从某些肠球菌处获得质粒而扩大其耐药谱或增强其耐药性.在氟喹诺酮类药物应用于临床后,迅速出现的SA耐药株中MRSA的比例超过90%,到1993年发现几乎所有的MRSA均对环丙沙星耐药,给临床治疗造成极大的困难.因此,从分子生物学水平,深入了解MRSA耐药机制,寻找新的药物作用靶位,是有效控制耐药菌感染发展与蔓延的重要措施.
