摘要 [目的]建立环境及生物样品中碘的极谱分析方法。[方法]单扫描示波极谱法。[结果]根据IO3-的电活性质,建立了用 KNO3-KCI作支持电解质的示波极谱测碘的新方法。样品中的碘被定量氧化为IO3-后,在实验的最适条件下,碘浓度在1-1000ng/ml范围内有良好的线性关系(r>0.999),6种样品6次平行测定的RSD为1.13%~8.2%对GBW-09101标准人发样品6次测定的均值与标示值吻合,t检验无统计学意义(P>0.05)。分别将6份水样、盐样和尿样同时用本法和对应的标准方法对比分析,不存在系统误差。对井水、盐、尿、发、玉米、小麦、树叶、鸡蛋8种样品的加标回收率为91.4%~103.5%,均值为97.4%。极谱波性质研究表明:碘的极谱波为IO3-的不可逆6电子还原波。电极反应满足理论方程式:IO3-+6e+3H2O I-+6OH-。[结论]本法准确、灵敏、简单,线性范围宽,对多种样品适应性好,有较高的应用价值。 [Objective] To set up a practical method for determination of the trace amounts of iodide in samples of environment and biological material. [Method] Single- sweep polarography was used. [Results] According to the electric nature of IO3- , a new po-larography is set up by using KNO3 - KC1 as support electrolyte. When iodate in the sample is quantitativey oxidized, the peak currents is proportional to the concentration of iodide in the range of 1-1000ng/ml under the best test conditions. The relative standard deviations (6 determinations) for 6 sorts of samples are 1.13%-8.2%. The results (6 determinations) of standard reference material (GBW -09101) is up to the standard. The results of water, salt, urine samples obtained by the methods are in agreement with that of the standard methods of each sample. The recovery rates of well water, salt, urine, hair, maize, wheat, leaf, egg samples are in the range of 91.4 -103.5% , and the average is 97.4% . The study shows that the polarographic wave of iodine is irreversible reduction wave with 6 electron of IO3-. The electrode reaction is consistent with the theory equation: IO3- + 6e + 3H2O I- +60H- .[Conclusion] The method is accurate, sensitive, and simple. It has a wide linear range, and it is suitable to be used in various samples. This method has a high value of usage.
