深入研究GATT/WTO多边贸易体制及其已形成的国际惯例与交易规则背后所蕴涵的国际政治和经济力量,以及这些规则不断发展完善的动力及其来源,对中国的经济发展和体制改革有着重要的理论意义和现实意义。
GATT /WTO system,as well as the international political and economic forces implicated in its formative convention and trading rules,should be lucubrated.Mastery of these rules and corresponding impetus will have the theoreti cal and realistic significance to China' s economic development and system re form.
