摘要 目的观察Amplatzer双面伞堵闭器关闭继发孔房间隔缺损(ASDⅡ)的临床疗效及安全性.方法超声心动图及临床诊断为ASDⅡ病人30例,选择经导管Amplatzer双面伞房间隔缺损关闭治疗.结果超声测定ASDⅡ直径为13~25mm,ASDⅡ最大伸展径及所选Amplatzer房间隔堵闭器为18~38mm.成功率为100%,超声心动图示术后即刻、24小时后及3个月后残余分流分别为40%、9.9%和3.3%.手术中除一过性房性心动过速和房室传导阻滞外,无其他并发症.3个月随访,所有病人临床症状及心脏大小改善,未发现并发症.结论 Amplatzer双面伞房间隔堵闭器关闭ASDⅡ临床疗效及安全性均好. Objective The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Am-platzer septal occluder for transcatheter closure secundum atrial septal defect (ASD II ) . Methods The patients, who were clinically diagnosed to have ASD II and were symptomatic, were recommended for the transcatheter closure of ASD II .Results The diameters of ASD II (30 patients) measured by transtho-racic echocardiography were 13-25mm, while both the stretched diameters of ASD II and the sizes of devices were from 18 to 38mm. The successful placement rate was 100% . The rest shunt documented by color Doppler was in 40 % of patients immediately after the device implant, 9.9% after 24 hours, and 3.3% at 3 months, respectively. Minor transient arrhythmic complications were observed. No other complications were found. There was improvement in the symptoms and in cardiac size, and septal motion abnormalities normalized in all patients after 3 months follow-up.Conclusion Amplatzer septal occluder is a safe and effective device for the transcatheter closure of ASD II .
