摘要
目的:为颅中窝进路内耳道手术提供解剖学依据.方法:采用福尔马林固定的头颅标本24具(48侧),首先寻找弓状隆起并磨出上半规管蓝线,进一步测量其与内耳道及相关结构的位置关系.结果:上半规管拱峰到内耳道后壁的投影距离为(6.18±0.25)mm(5.11~7.23 mm),距前壁的投影距离为(13.23±0.47)mm(11.2~14.21 mm).上半规管拱峰与内听后壁的直线距离为(7.03±0.26)mm(6.01~7.85 mm),距前壁为(14.44±0.76)mm(12.03~15.77 mm).结论:本文测量数值,对临床上进行颅中窝进路的内耳道定位有较大的帮助.
Objective: To provide anatomical basis for operation of internal auditory meatus(IAM). Methods: The blue line of superior semicircular canal went through the mill and correlative structures were measured on 24 cases of wet cranial bone specimens(48 sides) .Results: The projective distance from arch apex to posterior wall and anterior wall of internal auditory meaus(IAM)were 6.18 ± 0.25(5.11-7.23)mm and 13.23 ± 0.47(11.2 - 14.2l)mm respectively. The straight distance from arch apex to posterior wall and anterior wall of IAM were 7.03 ± 0.26(6.01 - 7.85)mm and 14.44± 0.76(12.03 ± 15.77)mm respectively. Conclusion: These above data are very helpful for the location of IAM in the operation of middle cranial fossa approach.
