摘要
目的 :建立差示光谱法测定苯酚的含量 ,排除辅料的干扰。方法 :在波长 2 88nm处以苯酚在水和0 1mol·L- 1NaOH溶液中不同的紫外光谱 ,测得差示吸收值 (ΔA )为定量依据。结果 :平均回收率为99 8% ,RSD =0 12 %。结论
OBJECTIVE:To establish differential spectrophotometry method for determining phenol and to eliminate interference of excipient.METHODS:Determining ΔA different ultraviolet spectrum of phenol in 0.1mol·L -1 NaOH and water,detection wave length 288nm.RESULTS:The recovery was 99.8%, RSD =0 12%.CONCLUSION:The method is simple and accurate.
