摘要
用胶原酶消化法分离牛肾上腺嗜铬细胞 ,用海藻酸钠 聚赖氨酸 海藻酸钠 (APA)法包埋牛肾上腺嗜铬细胞 ,将微囊牛肾上腺嗜铬细胞植入恶性肿瘤患者的蛛网膜下腔 ,移植后不使用免疫抑制剂。结果显示在 30例恶性肿瘤患者中 ,止痛的显效率为 6 7% (2 0例 ) ,有效率为 2 7% (8例 ) ,无效率为 6 % (2例 ) ,镇痛作用维持时间长达 15 0天。除个别患者发烧和腰痛外未发现其它明显副作用。
Bovine chromaffin cells were digested and isolated with collagenase and encapsulated with alginate-polylysine-alginate, and then the bovine chromaffin cell microcapsules were transplanted into the subarachnoid space of malignant carcinoma patients. No immune suppresives were used after transplantation. Of the 30 malignant carcinoma patients who have accepted the transplantation, 67%(20) were obviously effective, 27%(8) were effective and 6%(2) had no effect. Antinociception maintained more than 150 days. There was no obvious side effect except fever and lumbago in a few patients.
