摘要
电大学生能力培养是人才培养模式改革的着眼点和中心问题。电大应改变过去只重知识不重能力的人才培养习惯,根据社会发展需求培养学生的开拓创新能力、组织管理能力、科学实验能力、政治活动能力等。
According to the strategy of national TV & Radio University, the work of talents fostering mode reform and open education testing is launched on the whole scale in Fuxin TV & Radio University. Fostering students?ability is the key problem. The way of fasting, in which only students?knowledge was emphasized but not ability in the past, should be changed. Students?ability of pioneering, bringing forth new ideas, organizing and management, scientific experiment and political activity should be fostered according to society development and demand.
