摘要
研究了不同催化剂和工艺条件对果葡糖浆加氢反应制备甘露醇的选择性的影响。采用自制的Ni(I)催化剂 ,在pH 6、90℃、5 .0MPa和果葡糖浆浓度 2 0 0g/L条件下 ,果葡糖浆加氢反应制备甘露醇的反应选择性可达到 70 % ,与文献报道的选择性最好的铜催化剂相当 ,在酸性溶液和较低温度下进行该反应 。
Selectivities of three catalysts and hydrogenation of glucose and fructose mixture was studied , self-made catalyst Ni(I) was selected, It was found that pH and temperature have effects on the selectivity of the reaction, it can get higher selectivity in acid solution and at low temperature. Under conditions : pH6,90 ℃,5.0 MPa and concentration of glucose and fructose mixture 200 g/L, the selectivity of the reaction reaches 70%.
