摘要
钢纤维混凝土轴拉初强度是确定钢纤维混凝土抗裂度的重要指标 ,也是间接衡量钢纤维混凝土其它力学性能的指标 .通过对钢纤维混凝土轴拉试验结果的分析 ,研究了钢纤维外形和体积率、混凝土强度等级对钢纤维混凝土轴拉初裂强度的影响 .结果表明 :混凝土轴拉初裂强度分别随钢纤维体积率的增大和混凝土强度等级的提高而增大 .最后 ,建立了钢纤维混凝土轴拉初裂强度的计算模型 ,提出了钢纤维混凝土轴拉初裂强度的计算公式 ,供修订我国的《钢纤维混凝土设计与施工规程》以及工程设计与施工参考 .
The axial tension initial cracking strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete is an important index for determining the cracking behavior of this kind of material, and is also the index for indirectly determining the other mechanical behavior such as initial shearing strength. Through the analysis on the axial tension test results of steel fiber reinforced concrete, this paper explores the effect of configuration,volume ratio and concrete strength grade upon the axial tension initial cracking strength.It shows the axial tension initial cracking strength of concrete increases with the increase of steel fiber volume raito and enhancement of concrete strength grade separately.Finally the paper establishes the model for calcuating the axial tension initial cracking strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete.The calculating formulas of the axial tension initial cracking strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete are put forward, which may be referred to in the revision of the design and construction regulation of steel fiber reinforced concrete in China.
