摘要
:我国风险投资事业起步较晚 ,迫切需要相应的政策调控和法律规范。应当从我国的国情出发 ,充分汲取国际上的有益经验 。
The start of risk investment undertaking in our country is quite late, so it is urgently necessary to set up corresponding policies to regulate and legally normalize it. We should establish the risk investment system conforming to our country's condition by starting from our country's condition and fully drawing useful international experiences.
