摘要
公司在决定现金股利的分配时会受到多种因素的影响 ,各种因素使得现金股利分配对公司价值产生两方面的影响 :一是合理的现金股利分配能提高公司的价值 ;二是不合理的现金股利分配会降低公司的价值。这就是分配现金股利所产生的风险。所以 ,公司在决定现金股利的分配时 ,应充分考虑到其中的风险 ,尽可能地降低风险 。
When a corporate decides its cash dividend,it will be influenced by several facts which make the cash dividend distribution impose two sides on the value of the corporation:when the decision is reasonable,it will increases the corporation value,or decreases the value.This is the risk caused by cash dividend distribution.So any corporation should take it ino account to reduce the risk and increase the corporation value.
