摘要
把经济人假设运用到政治市场领域 ,并提出政府人的行为理性问题 ,是新政治经济学的一个基本主张。本文在论述这一学理扩张历程的基础上 ,用政府人行为理性解释党政机关公务人员的行为与作风 ,为研究党风。
It is a basic advocation of new political economy that applies the hypothesis of economy man to the domain of political market, and raises the question of rational behaviour of government man. This article explains the behaviour and style of working staff in the Party and government organizations with the behaviour rationality of government man. On the basis of expounding the expansionary course of this theory,the article provides a new basic perspective researching the problem of party style and government style.
