摘要
目的 探讨不同剂量的吡喹酮对脑囊虫病的疗效。方法 将确诊为脑囊虫病者分为2组,第1组吡喹酮剂量为每疗程总量180mg·Kg-1,分8～10天服完,3个疗程,疗程间隔1～2个月;第2组吡喹酮剂量减半,疗程相同。以脑CT观察脑囊虫病者颅内病灶情况作为疗效评价。结果 第1组治疗42例,治愈率为69.05％,有效率100％;第2组治疗10例,治愈率10％,有效率70％。两组疗效对比有显著性差异（P<0.01）。结论 吡喹酮剂量为每疗程180mg·Kg-1治疗脑囊虫病效果好,明显优于吡喹酮剂量为每疗程90mg·Kg-1。
ve To investigate the effect of different dosage of praziquantel in treating cerebral cysticercosis. Methods The patients with cerebral cysticercosis were divided into two groups. Total dosage regimes of praziquantel was given 180mg·kg-1 at 8 - 10 days through oral in group I and II . After 1-2 month, above regimes repeat for three times. Focuses of patients with cerebral cysticercosis were obstrvatived by CT to evaluate the effect. Result Forty two patients were given in group I and 10 patients were given in group II. Cure rates and total effective rates were 69.05% and 100% in group I ,and 10% ,70% in group II respectively. Statistical significant differences were observed in the two grups(P < 0. 01). Conclusion The therqpeutical effect of praziquantel 180mg·kg-1 was better than that treated with praziquantel 90mg·kg-1.
