摘要
重点介绍了热力计算程序解决锅炉炉型通用性、计算方法通用性、受热面布置通用性、工质流程通用性的思想与实现方法 ,简单介绍了基于VB开发平台的电站燃煤系列锅炉 (1 3 0t/h~ 1 0 2 5t/h)热力计算通用程序的主要内容 ,展示和介绍了程序的主界面及程序的系统组成与计算流程。该程序对42 0t/h再热燃煤锅炉的示例计算表明 :程序具有较好的用户界面 ,热力计算数据的输入和输出处理及程序的维护与扩展十分方便 ,整体热力计算速度较快 ,需 1min左右 ,但内存管理不如C。
The concepts and realization methods of programme generality for boiler type, thermal calculation, heating surface layout and flow sequence of working substance are introduced in detail. The contents of the developed universal thermal calculation programme for coal fired boiler, which is based on VB, is also introduced. Then main interface, structure and flow diagram of the programme are introduced. The thermal calculation example of a P.c fired 420t/h boiler shows that the main interface is friendly, the input and output of data is very convenient, the maintenance and extending of the programme is easy and only a minute is needed for a complete thermal calculation of a P.C fired boiler, but the memory management is not as good as C and VC.
