摘要
目的 探讨胎盘组织中血管紧张素 与妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )发病的关系。方法 用放射免疫法测定妊高征大鼠 (15只 )及正常妊娠大鼠 (5只 )胎盘组织中血管紧张素 水平。结果 妊高征大鼠胎盘组织中血管紧张素 水平〔(2 5 1± 38) pg/ mg〕较正常妊娠大鼠〔(132± 30 ) pg/ m g〕明显增高 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 胎盘组织血管紧张素
Objective To explore the relation of preeclampsia with the angiotensin Ⅱ level in placenta tissue.Method Placenta tissue angiotensin Ⅱ levels were detected by radioimmunoassay in 15 preeclampsia rats and 5 normal pregnant rats.Results The angiotensin Ⅱ levels of placenta tissue in preeclampsia rats 〔(251±38)pg/mg〕 were significantly higher than those in normal pregnant rats 〔(132±30)pg/mg P<0.001〕.Conclusion Angiotensin Ⅱ in placenta tissue may play a key role in the development of preeclampsia.
