基于可调卫燃带的准恒温燃烧及其对燃煤锅炉总体性能的影响

摘要 在分析现有煤粉燃烧技术局限性的基础上,提出了基于可调卫燃带准恒温燃烧的新思想。介绍了安装于炉内水冷壁炉墙上且在运行中可以上下移动,能在燃烧器区域内维持准恒温燃烧工况的可调卫燃带装置的结构与工作原理。计算与实验表明,基于可调卫燃带的准恒温燃烧能大大改善燃煤锅炉的汽温特性、燃烧稳定性与燃烧效率、煤种负荷适应性等。 On the basis of reviewing the unsatisfactory aspects of currently applied pulverized coal combustion technologies, a new concept of quasi-constant temperature combustion, which is based on movable heat-insulate layer, is first put forward for pulverized coal. Then the structure and working theory of the movable multilayer heat-insulate layer installed on furnace waterwall and can move up and down during operation so as to maintain the flue gas temperature quasi-constant in the space near burner, is introduced in detail. Finally, relevant calculation and analysis is made and it shows that movable heat-insulate refractory layer based quasi-constant temperature combustion is promising and it can greatly improve overall performance of PC boiler.
