乙醇对小白鼠胚胎的毒性和维生素的解毒作用

摘要 乙醇对小白鼠有致畸效应,尤其是对中枢神经系统(CNS)和骨骼系统.适量的维生素B_1和烟酰胺能解除由乙醇引起的小白鼠胎鼠毒害作用. The present experiment was conducted with sexually mature, virgin NIH mice. The females and males were mated over-night, : ratio of mice was 3:1. When the copulation plug was found in the female mice, that day was assigned day-O of gestation. The pregnant mice were divided into four experimental and one control groups.NIH mice were treated on day 7, 8, 9 and 10 of gestation with 7g/kg ethanol, while VB1 1. 5mg/kg and NA 2.5mg/kg on day-8 only.The period of teratogenic susceptibility was on day-8 and day-9.The dosages of VB1 1.5mg/kg and NA 2.5mg/kg were capable of eliminating the toxicity of ethanol.Teratogenic mechanism of ethanol is suggested that impairment in the protein synthetic machinery.
