摘要
民族院校是我国政府为解决民族问题而建立的综合性高等院校,其主要目的是为我国少数民族地区培养更多高素质人才,弘扬我国优秀传统文化,因此,民族院校在我国高等教育当中占据着重要的地位。行政管理在民族高等院校的实际教学、研究以及学生管理工作中发挥着重要的保障作用,然而,现阶段我国民族院校的行政管理存在着管理模式落后、行政管理理念不足、管理人才缺失等现象。论文分析了当前我国民族院校行政管理存在的问题以及其成因,并结合现代大学生治理,就具体的问题提出相应的对策,对我国民族院校行政管理进行优化。
Ethnic colleges and universities are comprehensive colleges and universities established by the Chinese government to solve ethnic problems. Its main purpose is to cultivate more qualified personnel for ethnic minorities in China and to promote outstanding traditional culture in our country. Education occupies an important position. Administrative management plays an important role in the practical teaching, research, and student management of colleges and universities for ethnic minorities. However, in the present period, the administration of national colleges and universities in our country has the problems of backward management model, lack of administrative concept, and lack of management talents.. The author analyzes the problems existing in the administration of our country’s colleges and universities and their causes, and combines with the modern university student governance, proposes corresponding countermeasures on specific issues, and optimizes the administration of our national colleges and universities.
