High Temperature Properties of Cast Al-Si-V Aluminum Alloy for Mechanical Parts

摘要 采用不同浇注温度制备了机械零件用铸造Al-Si-V铝合金,并进行了高温磨损和高温氧化试验。结果表明,浇注温度在680~740℃时,合金的高温磨损性能和高温抗氧化性能均先提高后下降。与680℃浇注温度的合金相比,710℃浇注的合金500℃高温磨损体积在62×10^(-3) mm^3的基础上减小33×10^(-3) mm^3,500℃×24 h高温氧化后的质量变化率从13.4%减小到7.8%。合金的浇注温度优选为710℃。 The cast Al-Si-V aluminum alloy for mechanical parts was prepared at different pouring temperatures, and high temperature wear and oxidation tests were carried out. The results show that when the pouring temperature is 680-740 ℃, the high temperature wear resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance of the alloy increase firstly and then decrease.Compared with that of the alloy with pouring temperature of 680℃, the wear volume at 500℃ of the alloy with pouring temperature at 710 ℃ is reduced by 33×10^-3mm^3 on the basis of 62×10^-3mm^3. The mass change rate of the alloy after oxidation at high temperature of 500 ℃×24 h decreases from 13.4% to 7.8%. The optimum casting temperature of the alloy is 710 ℃.
